Brent Carnduff, Real Estate Advisor – Henderson, Las Vegas NV

Professional Experience

Brent Carnduff - Realtor, Property Manager

I am a licensed REALTOR® and HUD Certified agent in Nevada. Within our team, my primary focus is as a listing agent – I also specialize in investment and golf course properties.

Digital Marketing

Prior to joining Keller Williams, I spent 6 years building my own small business – a Search Engine Optimization and website design company focused on working with Financial Advisors from across the country. That experience allowed me to gain expertise in modern internet marketing techniques – SEO, listing sites, blogging, social media, paid advertising and video. I’m still an active contributing author to Search Engine Journal, the second largest SEO industry website in the world with over 1 million visitors per month.

Financial Planning

I have a Master’s degree in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University. Although I ended up marketing for advisors rather than becoming one, I do have a strong background in investing and finance.

Prior to that, I was a public elementary school teacher for 17 years, and high school girls basketball coach for 15 seasons near Sun Valley, Idaho.

Locally, I’m a Board Member with the Las Vegas Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, and a Girl’s Basketball Coach at Coronado High School.

Educational Background

I have an MBA in Financial Planning from CLU (2010) and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree (M.A.T) from Oregon State University (1994).

Personal Background

I am married to Katie, the other half of the Carnduff Team, and have two great kids – Daniel and Ashley.

I’ve always enjoyed helping people – teaching, coaching collegiate (Oregon State Women’s team) and High School basketball, then as a small business consultant, and now as a real estate advisor.

In my time away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, writing (my secret dream is to be published one day), watching movies, cheering on the Golden Knights, and heading to gym for a workout. I’ve also recently been attempting to find a golf swing that I abandoned 25 years ago. :-).
